This Privacy Policy applies to the NooviCrew website, contact forms, diagnostic forms, NooviChat services, Meta integrations, WhatsApp Business Platform integrations, authorized lead retrieval, campaign metrics and customer support channels operated by NooviCrew.

We may collect name, company, role, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, form answers, support messages, technical logs, cookie consent records, authorized Meta asset identifiers, WhatsApp Business account identifiers, lead metadata and campaign metrics authorized by customers.

How we use data

We use data to answer requests, prepare diagnostics and proposals, provide customer support, operate NooviChat, connect WhatsApp Business accounts through official Meta APIs, route conversations, retrieve authorized leads, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, keep service logs and improve our services.

Legal basis

For users in Brazil, processing follows the LGPD. Depending on the context, we rely on pre-contractual measures, contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent for analytics or marketing cookies.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data.
