This policy applies to the NooviCrew website, contact and diagnostic forms, NooviChat services, Meta integrations, WhatsApp Business Platform integrations, lead tracking, campaign metrics and customer support channels operated by NooviCrew.
data we collect
We may collect name, company, role, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, form answers, messages sent to connected channels, page or ad account identifiers authorized by the user, campaign and lead metadata, technical logs, cookie consent records and basic website analytics when consent is granted.
how we use data
We use data to answer requests, prepare diagnostics and proposals, provide customer support, operate NooviChat, connect WhatsApp Business accounts through official Meta APIs, route conversations, retrieve authorized leads, measure campaign performance, prevent abuse, keep service logs and improve our services.
legal basis
For users in Brazil, processing follows the LGPD. Depending on the context, we rely on pre-contractual measures, contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent for analytics or marketing cookies.
sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors and platforms required to provide the service, such as cloud infrastructure, messaging providers, Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform, analytics providers when consented, and contracted AI processing providers under data processing terms.
storage and retention
Operational data is stored on dedicated infrastructure in Brazil and on contracted service providers required for the service. We keep personal data only while needed for the stated purposes, contractual obligations, legal obligations, audit, security or fraud prevention.
